Refund Policy

Short version: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime — billing stops, your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. No prorated refunds on mid-cycle cancellations.

1. Seven-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers)

If you subscribe to a paid tier (Edge or Sharp) for the first time and you're not satisfied, email us at help@sportsedgepicks.com within 7 calendar days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post in 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Limit: one refund per customer under this guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to renewal charges, plan changes after your initial subscription, or to reactivations of a previously refunded subscription.

3. Renewal charges

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. If you forget and want a refund on a renewal charge, email us within 3 days of the charge — we will use good-faith judgment and typically issue a refund if the account has had minimal usage in the new period.

4. Annual plans

Annual ("yearly") subscriptions follow the same 7-day money-back window as monthly. After day 7, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access through the remaining term you've already paid for.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first — we will work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer before contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically for up to 7 days. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your access is downgraded to the free tier. You can resubscribe at any time.

7. Service issues

If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault for more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing period, email us and we'll credit your next renewal in proportion to the downtime.
