These Terms govern your use of SportsEdgePicks ("we," "us," "the Service"), a digital subscription service that publishes sports analytics, projections, and commentary at sportsedgepicks.com. By creating an account, visiting the site, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where it is legal to receive sports analytics content. The Service is intended for personal, informational, entertainment use only. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
SportsEdgePicks publishes statistical projections, model outputs, written commentary, and historical performance records for professional sports games. The Service:
Any decisions you make based on content from the Service — including placing wagers with a licensed third-party sportsbook — are your own responsibility.
Paid tiers ("Pro," "MVP") are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring subscription price plus any applicable taxes until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change for your tier; continuing the subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; you continue to have access to paid content through the end of your current paid period.

All content, design, software, projections, branding, and the underlying model are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of your subscription. We retain all other rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that any projection will achieve a particular result. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past model performance is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, in no event shall SportsEdgePicks, its operator, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or losses resulting from any wager or financial decision you make. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service for any cause shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SportsEdgePicks and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails after reasonable retry, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to access paid content ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with at least 7 days' notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
